Right now, a massive rise in consciousness is happening and it is leaving many highly sensitive souls feeling completely overwhelmed and a little lost at sea. If you feel stuck — stop, take a breath and remember you are not broken—you are a high vibrational being living in a low vibrational world.
I was called to intuitive work because it saved my own life. I spent a lifetime navigating chronic health conditions, mental health struggles, late-diagnosed ADHD, and what felt like overall bad luck. It took me a long time to realize that the world was just too loud for me where I was.
Within three years, I was able to massively improve my overall health, retreated to the sea from busy London to Wales, set up a soul-aligned business, overcome countless fears and phobias that were limiting my opportunities. I started from below ground zero and to proved to myself that I CAN do this. And so can YOU.
The Awakening of Luna Fera Sanctuary
Luna Fera is Latin for Wild Moon.
I've always felt called to the moon and as women we were always wild.
My spontaneous awakening in March 2025 was when it all changed. When a call upon the moon and a gentle breathwork class propelled me into the descent of the Dark Night of the Soul, which ultimately led to a rekindling with my higher self (with some big molehills on the way). It dragged me down a holistic rabbit hole back to balance, where I learned a vital truth:
Your ego was never meant to be the bad guy.
It wasn’t an easy ride, and I wish for no one to go through such life-changing events alone.
Today, I live in divine non-duality—anchored equally in the spirit realms and the physical world. It took some getting used to for a sensitive soul, which is exactly why I created Luna Fera Sanctuary.
Think of this space as a hearth, a hale for the chronically overwhelmed woman, so that you never have to navigate the transition alone

This is about alignment before expansion, building safety and trust within to be able to finally close doors on versions of you that no longer serve you. Meeting your Ego from a different perspective and quietening the external noise so you can finally thrive in peace.
We are not here to bypass your human reality with shallow promises. This is deeply transformative work, a decent and sacred ritual of returning to self. It is about unlearning what you were taught and creating your own manual for life as a highly sensitive being.
